 My Bass is a 3/4 Engelhardt with about a medium action. Right now I'm using the nylon Supernil strings, but later, I'm probably going to change to gut strings when I can afford it! |
Hi! I was born in Mobile, Alabama on June 25, 1988. I began playing the piano a little bit when I was in fourth and fifth grade. Then I moved over to the other side of Mobile Bay over in Daphne, Alabama. I didn’t play any music for a while, and then about a couple years later I took some more piano lessons. A few years later I quit taking piano lessons. One day, our family bluegrass band needed somebody to play the bass. We went to the closet and pulled out an electric bass. I learned how to play that pretty quick and I liked it. Then, after much thought and consideration, I decided to purchase an upright bass. I've been playing that bass fiddle for about two years now, and I just really do enjoy it. | |
